Our company promises that you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the actual date of receipt by the customer) under the following conditions:

The product itself has quality problems;

The product was damaged during transportation;

The wrong product was sent, or the actual product received does not match the order, and it does not affect resale.

🚫 The following situations are not applicable to "7-day no-reason return":

Personalized customized products;

The product has been used (electronic products are considered used if they are powered on);

The main body, functional components, or accessories of the product show signs of wear and tear;

The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), affecting resale;

The product is unsuitable for return due to its nature, and you were aware that the product is not eligible for return at the time of purchase;

📩 How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

Return or exchange for personal reasons: Within 7 days from the date of receipt, please send an email to the after-sales service center, provided that it does not affect resale. After-sales customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

For returns/exchanges due to quality issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to service@mail.bcbiuduh.com to the after-sales service center. Customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. We will cover any shipping costs incurred.

Regarding refunds: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. Once the courier company receives the returned goods, they will notify us to process the refund. We will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
